Kew General Practice would like to thank the patients who took part in our Practice Accreditation and Improvement Survey. We appreciate your time in completing the provided surveys and very much value your feedback. The information and feedback provided, assists us in evaluating patient services and experiences. It helps us to identify areas for improvement as well as recognising areas of our success.
A particular theme identified by patients as requiring some attention, was patient waiting times. Please be aware that we are working together to ensure patients are informed in advance, should their doctor be running behind schedule.
Overall, the results highlight a high level of satisfaction around patients' experiences at Kew General Practice and a high level of appreciation for the quality of service provided within the Practice.
We continue to review the collected data and remain committed to ongoing quality improvement within our patients.
